Wonderful place and close to everything
Not only was there so many beds to sleep in, also it was within one block of this cozy breakfast and lunch spot that had amazing food. It’s called Fatmas cozy cottage. Also I want to say dealing with the host was so easy and suggested so many great places to eat. We would definitely stay here again. Best place and super close to French quarter.

40th birthday celebration
We went to New Orleans to celebrate my 40th - and with no kids! This house was great for the small group of adults we had with us; rooms were spacious, as were the full bathrooms. Kitchen was nice and having three bathrooms was great. The location is far enough away from all the craziness of Bourbon Street that we weren't bothered with loud noises at night. Marc was very pleasant to communicate with, was friendly, and had great suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy New Orleans but who also recognizes they aren't 21 anymore and they value a good night's sleep. : )

girls trip
had good time. home is beautiful like the pictures show. although I do believe the dressers in the bedroom are old. one of them had chipped wood and I believe because I paid for insurance I was charged. Didn't think that was fair but other than that perfect stay. would definitely choose to stay there again if accepted

Why they chose this property

I moved here in 2018, and I knew right away I wanted to buy a house, because this would be my city for years to come. I love this area and its rich history. It's so close to the excitement of Bourbon Street and the French Quarter but just enough on the edge to enjoy the quiet comfort of this beautiful neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Finding an old home renovated with modern amenities and big backyard are rare in this city, and I couldn't pass up this gem when I found it.
