Wonderful place …. But watch the fine print.
Loved the house and pool it was so amazing. However, according to the check in packet it says. Guests are required to do a walkthrough of the home immediately upon arrival. Guest will have two - (2) Hours after the arrival of the first person that enters the home (electronic records will show access) to notify us of any damages, uncleaned areas, any other issues they find. Thereafter, it will be assumed that any issues reported / found was as a result of the guests staying.“Because of this statement there were things we found after the two hours but for fear of being charged for them we didn’t report. Thinks like a moldy shower curtain, many outlets in the house did not work, and yes we checked the breaker box. The pool and hot tub keys didn’t work correctly which if the pool was serviced once a week they would have seen that. The internet was not working and we notified the host who did not return our messages and we called the numbers on the packet. Someone came from the utility company but had no idea why it didn’t Work and left. I would stay again but have learned that we need to check outlets, shower curtains and the pool to make sure they are all working.
