Dreamlike villa for 8 persons
Close to the resort Crikvenica, in the natural area, in the resort Grižane lies this luxurious holiday home. Far away from the everyday hustle and bustle and yet it is only a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches in Crikvenica.
Outdoor private pool provides refreshment and the gas grill at your disposal will make preparing food a breeze.
In the garden next to the pool you will find sun loungers, parasols and a swing.
The house is distributed on two floors. In the lower area, a bedroom and a bathroom have found space. Both are barefree, so ground floor is suitable for disabled people. Here are still kitchen, laundry, cozy dining table and ready to live, also barierenfrei.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with bathrooms. Two of the rooms have a terrace and wonderful sea views and mountain views.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
In front of the villa there are 4 parking spaces.
