About this property

Prestigious Artistic Apartment.

3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, A/C, lovely balcony

A r t A p a r t R o m e was born from the idea of the owner (a young engineer and art lover) and a young Roman artist.

A r t A p a r t R o m e is an ''artistic experiment'' and the result of the cooperation of 4 artists from different nationalities who made a unique piece of art out of every space of this beautiful apartment.

A r t A p a r t R o m e is the ideal vacation rental for families with children or a group of friends who want to come to Rome for living the city as the Romans do. Located in the prestigious Parioli neighborhood, A r t A p a r t R o m e is perfectly connected with metro, buses and taxi.

3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and the balcony: in every room, as well as at the entrance and in the corridor, you will find original pieces of art that will make your stay here a unique experience.

Located in a very silent street of the prestigious Parioli neighborhood, A r t A p a r t R o m e is perfectly connected with metro and buses.
Its strategic location offers plenty of options to our guests beside reaching easily the main monuments and archaeological sights.

The Auditorium Parco della Musica is just walking distance as well as the National Gallery of Modern Arts, the MAXXI (the brand new museum of contemporary arts) and the Park of Villa Glori (perfect for a walk in the green or for jogging).
Also the famous museum of Galleria Borghese is just 2km from the apt.

Finally, the area is full of great and famous restaurants as well as wine and cocktail bars.

Excellent neighborhood
Nice big place for a family of 5. Great neighborhood to walk. Restaurants, train and bus stations are within walking distance. Just a little far from the city center. We needed to take a cab to and from most places for our tours. But overall, this place is really nice and roomy for a family.

Very comfortable apartment with lots of character.
We enjoyed our stay in the Art Apartment in Rome. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to transportation to all parts of Rome and plenty of interesting places to dine. The apartment is generally well equipped. We would add a few things to the kitchen - a cutting board would be helpful, as would a small saucepan. But all in all, we were in comfort and quiet, with plenty of space. We enjoyed magnificent thunderstorms from the deck, a great place for morning coffee or an afternoon aperitif. I would go back again and recommend this apartment to others.

Great holiday apartment
We (family of 4 adults) had a fantastic stay at the Art Apartment. The apartment was huge with three large double air- conditioned bedrooms. The kitchen was quite well equipped too. We spent a lot of our time there on the balcony for breakfast and also in the evenings. The letting agent arranged for our transfers to and from the airport which went very smoothly and also met us at the apartment to tell us about it etc. The apartment is close to restaurants and the metro station where we got the train one stop to Piazza Popolo. The apartment is in an upmarket part of Rome in a quiet neighbourhood which was nice after spending the day in the centre of a Rome. We would like to go back one day.

Great
The 5 of us were very comfortable in this spacious, cute, clean apartment The neighborhood felt safe. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We were conveniently located to the train station. Only 1 stop from the Flamino metro station. Our hosts arranged airport transfers for us and helped us with planning trips and getting around on public transit. They were quick to respond to our questions via email. I would recommend this apartment to families or to a group of friends traveling together.

Beautiful apartment with awesome balcony and great location
The apartment was fun and funky. The beds were nice and solid and everything was clean. We enjoyed searching for the hidden cats and all the artistic touches. Had coffee on the balcony every morning and wine every evening. Location was far enough away you could get out of the rush of the city but close to trains to you could get into the city fast. The parks near by were beautiful and a nice break from the rush of downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely neighborhood, spacious & wonderful apartment
Had such a great reunion with old friends in this spacious, most creatively designed apartment. We enjoyed it so much, first two nights we stayed in, cooked dinner in and dined on the balcony. ATM, restaurants, shopping & metro nearby. Taxi station at plaza so live like a Roman here!

Beautiful spacious art apartment
Our family of 6 stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. The rooms in the apartment are very spacious and clean; the beds are really comfortable which was really nice/important to us after a full day touring places in Rome. Also, the AC unit in each bedroom worked well helped us to fall asleep at night in the summer heat. The water pressure of bathroom sink however was low - has very slow water stream, but the shower water was OK. The location of the apartment was convenient to get to major attractions. The apartment agent, Claudia, was very nice and helpful in answering questions and helped us arrange transportation to/from airport and cruise port. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment and would stay here again.

Ottimo appartamento
Appartamento molto ampio, in zona tranquilla e bella, ma ben collegato con la città (a pochi metri si trovano la stazione del trenino che porta a Metro Flaminio e fermate dell'autobus). I titolari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Fun, spacious, art apartment in Rome
My family stayed here at the beginning of Rome and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. The decor is whimsical and fun and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. It is located in a quiet, upscale section of Rome. The apartment needs a little TLC such as paint where chairs have rubbed against the walls, since the apartment seems to be a very popular rental. There are multiple steps to the town square and train station (Euclide) to connect to the subway at Piazza del Popolo. The train stops running at 10:30 pm so you must take a taxi or the bus after that. Someone from the rental agency met us at the apartment upon arrival and communicated with us well before and during our stay. The taxi service to and from the airport is a very nice amenity arranged by the agency. I would recommend this fun apartment and would stay here again.

Great Apartment and well located
We just come back from Rome and we love it. The apartment is big, and clean and the decoration is beautiful. The owner Andrea is very nice, he helped us a lot. We shared the apartment with a friend and everybody had enough space. The train station Euclide is minutes away and the first stop is Piazza del Popolo beautiful.. we walked from there everyday and it was fantastic. We will comeback to Rome for sure and stay at the same apartment.

Spacious & Lovely Rome Apartment!
We stayed in this apartment for several nights in October. We were 3 adults and 3 children under age 10. The apartment is beautifully decorated but comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The terrace was an added bonus. The beds were the most comfortable we have encountered -- other than our own. ArtApart Rome is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood (by Rome standards), quite safe, and well situated with easy access by bus to the central station and other areas. There are good cafes and food shops in the neighborhood. All in all, it was a wonderful visit and we would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Andrea and Isabella were absolutely wonderful hosts.

Live like a Roman. Fantastic home away from home.
We stayed at ArtApart with our 2 children. Beautiful and well-appointed apartment. Exceeded our expectations. Great location in one of Rome's nicest residential neighborhoods with excellent restaurants and shops and easy access via metro, bus or taxi to all the sites. Perfect for either a family or up to 3 couples. We will recommend this apartment to all our Rome-bound friends. Andrea was a great help with recommendations for tour guides and neighborhood tips. Thank you, Andrea!

A nice stay, despite the snow
We had a long weekend stay, which included two days of very heavy snow. However, the apartment is very well heated and it was good to come home to such pleasant warmth. Andrea arranged a very efficient shuttle service to and from the airport and met us at the property, explaining its workings and providing maps and information on the local area. There are three very spacious bedrooms, two good bathrooms, a large dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with another dining area, and a lounge. There is also a balcony for dining - although that was not used during our stay! The property was clean and well-furnished. Bedding and towels were spotless. The decoration is by local artists and is very, very idiosyncratic, but interesting. It is in a quiet street in a very select area. However 5 minutes walking takes you to the Piazza Euclide. Here there are some decent restaurants, bars and cafes. There is also a bus service and a very efficient train service - one stop / 5 minutes takes you into Flaminio / Piazza del Popolo and a travel card gives you transport anywhere in the city at a very reasonable price. A good base for seeing Rome, but also in a safe and quiet area.

Amazing Apartment Experience
What a find! The apartment was even more spacious than the online information indicated. Every room was so creatively decorated and immaculately clean. Andrea is a true gentleman and was a pleasure to deal with. His recommendations on local dining as well as help with finding overnight accomodations in Firenze were superb. I have already recommended the apartment to my cousin (an artist herself) who is planning a trip to Rome later this year. Grazie di tutto!

Wonderful Apartment. Great Location.
We really enjoyed our stay at Art Apart. It was a wonderful apartment and we all enjoyed it. We also liked the quite neighborhood and the Euclid circle. We found a couple of very nice cafes, bars and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. We really liked that it was away from the tourist areas. We would absolutely recommend it and we look forward to our next trip to Rome.

a r t a p a r t r o m e July 2011
In July of 2011, our family stayed at the a r t a p a r t r o m e in Rome. The apartment was much larger then the photos indicated and immaculately clean. Also, the layout was great for our large family, 2 adults and 4 kids, 11, 8, 7, and 3. There was ample space for everyone to have a place to relax in the evenings and for some of the meals we ate at ‘home”. The air-conditioning worked well and was much appreciated after a hot day in the sun. The location worked well for our family, but you are a little bit out of walking distance from the sites. We had no problem with the train and appreciated the quite evenings during the height of tourist season. On a small note…I REALLY appreciated that they left some of the basic supplies, dish soap, salt, pepper, olive oil etc… So many rentals clear everything out and having these little extras there was really is thoughtful. I also loved that there was a DVD player that would play DVDs from the US and a nice size TV. Again…very thoughtful and comfortable, especially for the little ones. Overall, this was an excellent rental and I hope to return again with my family.

Australian Family of 5
This was our first time to Italy & we couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. For our family of 5(2 of them teenage boys) this apartment was perfect. The apartment was clean & well presented, bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, everything we needed in a kitchen, supermarkets & great restaurants nearby. The kids loved the artwork,as did we.Bus stop & train station were close & with Marco's help easy to navigate.Marco was always easily contactable by phone & helped us with any queries.(arranging transfers)It's just 1 train stop from Piazza del Popolo & then you can walk to all of Rome's main attractions.Definately try the local restaurant Ambasciata d'Abruzzo,it was our best meal in Rome. Thanks Marco & Andrea for making our stay in Rome so enjoyable, we will be back to stay with you again.

Artapartrome
My husband and I spent three wonderful months in Artapartrome. It is a very spacious apartment that is managed by two of the most wonderful men..... Marco and Andrea. They were very accomodating with anything that we needed. The apartment is well located if you do not want to be in the center of the tourist area. There is a train and several bus routes that can take you all over the city within a short period of time. In addition, the area has the best restaurants.. Ambasciata d'Abruzzo, Dukes, and La Pariolina were our favorites. There is also a SMA grocery store and a Carrefour within walking distance. The apartment is extremely comfortable. The artwork on the walls added to the ambience. The beds were great and the bathrooms are updated. The kitchen lacked an oven, but we were able to do all our cooking on the stovetop. We had a brand new TV as well as excellent internet connections. We brought our own digital phone service with us and it worked better than it does in New York. In addition, cleaning service was provided at no additional cost. Within walking distance, we were able to find a duplicate bridge club and a tennis club with an indoor swimming pool.We had a wonderful winter and would not hesitate to return to Artapartrome.

beautiful and unique
I am so happy we found this apartment!! It is located in the North part of Rome in a nice quiet residential area. We walked a lot while we were in Rome but if we needed to get somewhere quickly we just walked to the nearby Hotel Duke and asked the front desk to call us a cab. They didn't mind even though we were not guests in the hotel. The apartment was clean and spacious. Even bigger than the website made it look. The photos on the website are very accurate but I don't think they do the apartment justice. I thought it was better in person. Andrea met us at the apartment when we got to Rome and provided us with a map and an overview of the area we were in. He made us feel very welcome. The driver they used was wonderful!! Would stay here again!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Fantastic location, very unique apartment. Have already recommended it to several people and will continue to do so. One can never be certain when booking over the internet that what you see is what you get but in this case it is so much more. Ask and you shall receive seemed to be the motto of service. Shuttle driver and tour guide were arranged prior to arrival which made for a more relaxed vacation. When we hit a few bumps in the road Marcus and Simona took it upon themselves to get us all through. This top-notch service that you provide is something that is rare to find when you travel but was truly wonderful to experience. Glad to have met each and everyone of you.
