About this property

This unique pod-styled villa is fully-airconditioned and features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an extensive upper gallery, a dining gazebo and pool. This is the perfect property for your family getaway wanting to enjoy all that St Croix has to offer.

As you enter the property through the beautiful mahogany French doors, you find yourself in a spacious and bright living room with views through the valley out to Buck Island and the Caribbean Sea. The main level also features a beautiful chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and a Viking gas range, a breakfast nook, a full bathroom and a laundry room.

There is abundant outdoor living space. Dine outside under the gazebo, have a drink by the pool or simply relax and enjoy the view from the pool deck or the wrap-around upper gallery.

The upper level consists of a luxurious primary bedroom w/private balcony, en-suite bath and walk-in closet and a generous second bedroom. Hardwood flooring brings panache.

Family Vacation

This property is excellent for a large group. The only downside is the road leading to it An SUV or truck is ideal.

View from the hill

The accommodations overall were lovely. The main is not air conditioned but there is always a cool breeze to keep it cool with ceiling fans. The bedrooms on the main level and lower level were excellent. Bathrooms were adequate and clean. The beds comfortable and there was great space. However we did not have hot water in this area until we reported it to the manager who had a plumber come and turn up the thermostat. The accommodations in the separate apartment were not as nice with a unit that did not really cool the area adequately. The shower in this area had a funky drain and did not look as clean as the others. There were several places where their we exposed wires in electrical boxes without covers. The amount of seating in the place was not in keeping with the number of people the bedrooms accommodated. With an indoor table with four chairs and an other door table with four chairs. The cooking equipment needs to be updated and expanded. ( only one mixing bowl, no spatula, fry pans very worn). The pool was not heated and the hot tub was not functional. The road to the property for the last half a mile is dirt and is in need of regrading. Now for the positives. The area is quiet, the views from the back of the house look out towards the water and are wonderful, the bedrooms in the main house were excellent, washer and dryer convent and supplies provided. The kitchen is large and plenty of paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper provided.
