Sehr angenehm, Fussweg zum Strand ca. halbe Stunde, Haus wunderbar, alles da was man braucht, sehr geräumig, Pool wunderbar. Kommen gerne wieder. Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr angenehm.

Spacious House, Large Pool & Great Location

We had a great holiday here and found the house to be very spacious for 5 people with lots of different areas to sit and relax and to eat. The pool is very large and was kept clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The location was great, at the end of a no through road so very quiet. A short drive to supermarkets, Kyparissia and many beautiful sandy beaches. The owner was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries/messages which we appreciated. We would recommend a stay here and hope to return.

Maison agréable dans une Grèce authentique

Nous étions 7 adultes de toutes générations en vacances en famille pour 2 semaines en juillet. Journées entre 32° et 40°. La maison offre des terrasses assez bien ventilées et une clim dans la pièce commune pour les heures les plus chaudes. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. Un bonheur accessible à tout moment. Pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner, tout est prévu dans une cuisine agréable donnant sur une terrasse pratique pour les repas. Deux vastes chambres de trois lits en rez-de-jardin et deux autres plus petites de 1 lit à l'étage des pièces communes ; trois salles de bain. Confort simple et pratique. La literie n'est pas exceptionnelle pour ceux qui ont des habitudes de bon couchage. On s'attache très vite à cette maison dont la vue sur la mer et le soleil couchant est fascinante. Les plages sont accessibles plutôt en voiture tout le long de la baie, la plus proche est à 10mn. Peu de sable fin mais le plus souvent un mélange de sable et de galets. Les vagues ont été assez fortes pendant notre séjour. A ne pas rater l'ancienne Messène à 45 minutes, les tavernes du bord de mer à Kalo Nero ou sur les hauteurs de Kiparissia, les chutes de Neda à 50 mn au nord et sa plage de Elea, Kalamata et plein d'autres choses. Endroit authentique car peu touristique. Maison et région que nous recommandons chaleureusement.. Merci à notre hôte toujours accessible.

Traumhaus in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem Haus. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Pool und der schöne große Garten. Es gibt mehrere Terrassen und Badezimmer, was den Aufenthalt insbesondere mit mehreren Personen sehr angenehm macht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und lädt zum kochen ein. Ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig waren die harten Matratzen, aber das ist ja auch Geschmacksache. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand, Supermärkten, Restaurants und der schönen Stadt Kyparissia entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke an Hamid für die unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe!

Sehenswert!!!

Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist in eine. Gepflegten zustand. Anfänglich gab es noch Schwierigkeiten, jedoch wurde das alles recht schnell gelöst. Der Anbieter hat ebenfalls gute Tipps für Touren als auch günstige Autovermietung. Vielen Dank.

very nice place to stay and starting point to play tourist

the house is very well organized, kitchen is big e perfectly furnished for 9 people. balcony and terrace were windy and protected from sun. We did really enjoy our stay, also thanks to the big swimming pool and BBQ spot which is so handy.. You have to take car to get to to the sea, but this was ok since we went there to visit the surroundigs.

Très agréable villa

Un séjour fort agréable pour notre famille de 6 personnes. Grande maison confortable même si quelques petits équipements demanderaient a être renouvelés. Les + Contacts très réactifs, piscine immense, coucher de soleil dégagé sur vue mer, grande propriété avec de l'espace extérieur, endroit calme peu touristique Tout linge de maison et serviettes bain et plage fournis (gros ++) Supermarchés a proximité Les - Maison à étage mais grandes terrasses tout le tour Lits simple ou jumeaux, un lit double est prévu à priori Quelques bruits de campagne pour les sommeils sensibles (coq, aboiements...) Pas grand chose de négatif finalement 😉 nous y avons passé d'agréables vacances.

Très belle villa spacieuse avec vue sur mer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Kyparissia. La villa est très spacieuse, très bien équipée et très bien agencée. A toute heure il est possible de trouver un espace frais même en août !! La vue depuis la galerie est exceptionnelle sur les collines ou sur la mer. La piscine est grande et très bien entretenue. Le jardin est très spacieux et équipé d’un barbecue avec un espace repas. Le voisinage est très calme. De superbes plages de sable sont situées à une vingtaine de minute en voiture au nord. On recommande notamment celle de Giannitsochori. Les contacts avec l’hôte est parfait. Il est réactif à toutes les demandes et donne de très bons conseils.

An amazing summer

I spent three months this summer at Hamid's house in Kyparissia. I was on my own, had my family out some of the time and also friends. The house is fantastic, really big and brilliant for teenagers who can live downstairs in two big bedrooms with the potential for eight beds. There are two bathrooms with showers downstairs as well. Upstairs there is a bedroom with an ensuite with an adjoining bedroom, but you can make your way to another bathroom in the middle of the night. The living room is big and comfortable and there is a lovely kitchen. The upstairs is surrounded by balconies and there is a fantastic eating area and another area to play games and watch the sunset over the sea. The garden is huge and filled with beautiful olive and fruit trees, including orange, lemon and pomegranate and the pool is so big for a private property and surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. The beach is about a 25 minute walk away, if you cut through an olive plantation, but I gathered that I was very strange in this area of Greece not to hire a car. I liked the walk though and the beach is beautiful with clear blue water and a great place to have drinks and food. The person who helps out with the property is really helpful and responds quickly to all enquiries, but sometimes help is slow to arrive but you have to be patient in Greece! All in all, I couldn't recommend this house highly enough and I would love to return.
