2007 renovated high-quality apartment with terrace. Very quiet street, right behind the dune to the beach, 300 meters to the beach, 900 meters to the town center, a few minutes to the bakery, 4 km from Westerland center. The street is paved and is almost only used by bicycles. No main road, traffic-calmed 30s zone. Washer and dryer in the basement

Entire apartment completely renovated in July 2007, bright and friendly, modern fitted kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, Tschibo-Cafissimo capsule machine, toaster, kettle and. v.m .. Modern bathroom with hanging toilet, bath with shower, 2 built-in sinks, children's room and bedroom are carpeted, otherwise the apartment is completely tiled. Open kitchen.
