***Welcome***
We named this wonderful beach house "Forget-Me-Not" in homage to our Alaskan roots and with the hope that your family has the most unforgettable vacation. If you are an Ocean Lakes veteran, then you already know how magical this place is. If this is your first time then you are in for a real treat. Either way, this is the perfect place to make lifelong memories.


***Our Home***
Forget-Me-Not is a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom raised family beach house with parking for 4 vehicles underneath. Walk to the beach in 2 minutes or to the waterpark in about 5. The main floor includes a large dining area with ample counter space-perfect for family dinners and a well-stocked kitchen.

All but one of the downstairs bedrooms has a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Ultra high-speed WiFi is included.

Outside you’ll find a charcoal grill, shower, and two large decks to enjoy views of the canal, the ocean and your fellow campers cruising by.

Sleep up to 16 people: 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (twin beds on top and full beds on bottom), and 1 bedroom with 2 full beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa.

***Our Process***
- After booking, expect a call from us at the number listed on your account, within 48hrs, if you do not answer or respond, your booking request WILL BE DECLINED!
- Linens and towels are included. There is an extra charge for the pullout couch if needed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- There are 2 security cameras outside that are there for your safety and the security of the property. One covers the parking area, one covers the first floor entrance.


***Ocean Lakes***
Nestled within Ocean Lakes there are many amenities to enjoy including over a mile of beach, indoor and outdoor pools, water slides, lazy river, kids splash pad, basketball, shuffle board, and others that are available at no additional cost. An arcade, mini golf, and restaurants are also available.

There is a $13-15 per day, per vehicle charge by Ocean Lakes that must be paid ahead of your stay. Golf carts are also available for rent through Ocean Lakes.

Ocean Lakes is a very unique community and there are many rules and procedures in place to ensure that this is a FAMILY environment! This is NOT a party place and all guests must adhere to all policies and procedures!

Loved this gated community. Alot to do from arcade which both kids and adults loved, parade of golf carts, and rental of golf carts. The ice cream at shop was yummy.The home was a beautiful layout with balconies to sit, grill & enjoy sites. Rachel was excellent host 10/10 she was beyond accommadating. Definately would spend a week here, so much to do. epractically

This was our first time vacationing to South Carolina and I'm so glad we did! Ocean lakes is a wonderful place to bring your family and Rachel's property was awesome! An easy walk to the beach, a quick golf cart ride to the ref center/pool and an overall great location!

Good location, but extremely busy.
Home was plenty big enough for our family. There were a couple issues whuch were handled by the property manager very promptly. This house wasnt as nice as the 3 previous we have stayed in at ocean lakes but was still a great location and plenty of room. The "hot" corner was difficult to navigate between 7pm and 10 pm but yhe listing is advertised as being a busy section so no complaints on that. Just want to make other guests aware that there is little to no privacy here. Also parking is a little tight. Overall a great beach house and great communication with the owner. But we will stay in a less busy section next time at OL. Thanks Rachel for the opportunity.

Beautiful home with peek-a-boo view of ocean through the trees. Short walk to beach, water park & activities. Great layout of home to accommodate plenty of guests! Road can get a little busy during the evening, but other OL guests were patient when we needed in & out. Owner is very nice with prompt communication.

One of the best vacations!
This house is perfect. We had 13 people (6 kids ranging from 4-7, and 7 adults) and all had our own space in the house. It is a perfect spot to make wonderful memories. The campground is awesome for kids. We never were bored and Rachel was amazing to work with. Quick to answer questions and had wonderful recommendations! Couldn’t recommend this place enough and we will be back!!! Book this house, you won’t regret it!

This home is perfect! So spacious and so clean, our host Rachel was so fast to respond and excellent to work with. The home is even closer to the beach front than the pictures depict. We were here for a cheer competition and this was the perfect home for multiple families. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time on our 11 day vacation. The property is very clean and had more than enough room for the 4 adults and 3 kids that we stayed with. We had a few issues come up along the way but Rachel was fast to respond and helpful along the way. The issues were fixed quickly. The house was also well equipped with baby equipment which was helpful! Also, very conveniently located to the playground and recreation facilities/pools. Would highly recommend this place!

Love this house
My family and our extended family have stayed in this house for several years and we love it! We adore Ocean Lakes. New owner has updated several things and freshened up the place and she’s very easy to work with. The house has plenty of bedrooms and we love the porch and especially the location. We call it the hot corner because we can sit outside downstairs at night and watch all the golf carts and people go by. We love this house and Ocean Lakes! We will be back.

Ocean Lakes in general is a wonderful get-away for families- it has a little bit of everything, which is why we chose it! Easy access to the beach, miniature golf, water park, indoor and outdoor pools, activities, an arcade- the list goes on! Our home is unique in that it has SIX bedrooms, and ample living space for large groups.
