The kitchen with new dining area has a dishwasher, a stove with oven and ceramic hob (4 hobs), a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer, radio and window. Coffee machine, Tassimo coffee machine (can be operated with capsules), kettle, toaster and an egg cooker are part of the basic equipment. The two bedrooms are equipped with good double beds (dimensions: 1.80 x 2.00 m, each with single mattresses) and wardrobes. In one bedroom there is a flat screen TV. The spacious, new bathroom is equipped with a separate, large shower with an extra-flat entry, a separate bathtub, vanity, towel dryer, hair dryer, illuminated cosmetic mirror, toilet and window. Pets are not allowed. Non smoking. WiFi available.

Schulzes Hüs is located in Dr. Ross Str. 14 a quiet paralelstr. the Friedrichstr. 2 apartments and a bungalow are available for rent. All accommodation units have WiFi and can use the garden together. This has garden seating, a beach chair and children's play equipment.  Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Car parking spaces are available in limited numbers.
