The cozy living room is equipped with a sofa set (sofa bed and an armchair), a dining area, satellite flat-screen TV and stereo (CD / DVD player). The kitchenette has a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic hob (4 hobs) and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer. Coffee machine, Tassimo coffee machine (can be operated with capsules), kettle, toaster and an egg cooker are part of the basic equipment. The bedroom is furnished with a good double bed (size: 1.80 x 2.00 m, with single mattresses). The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity, towel dryer, hair dryer and toilet. This apartment has been equipped with a new heating system since the end of 2014. WiFi available. Pets are not allowed.

Schulzes Hüs is located in Dr. Ross Str. 14 a quiet paralelstr. the Friedrichstr. 2 apartments and a bungalow are available for rent. All accommodation units have WiFi and can use the garden together. This has garden seating, a beach chair and children's play equipment.  Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Car parking spaces are available in limited numbers.
