Escape to this charming retreat in the heart of Athens, your home away from home while in the Classic City. Three bedrooms, each with their own bath, with one on the main level, designed to unwind and truly enjoy. Walkable to the Classic Center, Sanford Stadium and the UGA campus. All are within a mile.

Beautifully designed, the open living area with large TV is the perfect gathering place to watch the game, prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind, or play one of the many games provided with your family and friends. The front porch is a refreshing space that extends the living area to the outdoors.

The main level has a lovely bedroom and full bath, upstairs is the primary suite with a large bath, king bed, dedicated workspace, and a daybed with a trundle, providing two twin beds. Also upstairs is the third bedroom with a full bathroom. The dedicated workspace provides an "office in a basket" with a desk mat, mouse, keyboard, ring light and computer stand complete with fast wifi.

Amazing house for an Athens weekend!

This house is amazing - so cute and well-equipped and comfortable and the owner was so kind and helpful in all communication. It will be our go-to place to stay next time we are in Athens!!

Perfect location

This house is in the perfect location, close to campus with several trails walking distance from the house. The kitchen was better stocked than we even anticipated, leading us to cook at home more than we anticipated. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

The property is very nice and the owner was very responsive, but it is DEFINITELY not walking distance to anything downtown. Ubers were always available and quick.

Excellent Stay

We were in town for a wedding and this property was very close to downtown and all the great restaurants and bars. The place was extremely clean and came with so many necessary items including laundry detergent, shampoos, soaps, and even coffee! Also, the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises, but would highly recommend you choose it for yourself!

This house felt like home

It was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with glassware, coffee, and sundry items. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were soft and fluffy. There was plenty of room to sit for a short meeting or a cocktail. You might want to consider some hooks for hanging clothes in the upstairs smaller bedroom since the closet is locked.

Great weekend in Athens!

We had an amazing weekend visiting our son at UGA Law. This property is in a perfect location to downtown, the stadium and local spots. We had no issues getting an Uber/Lyft in this location and also enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings & evenings. Christi takes great care of her property and it is stocked with everything needed. We will definitely book again soon! GO DAWGS!

Just Perfect

We were here for one of the Regional Conventions of Jehovah’s Witnesses held at the Classic Center. The property met our needs with ample room and privacy as well as being close to our venue and to excellent restaurants/activity. We’ll come again!

UGA orientation and volleyball camp

We loved our stay. I’m a UGA alumni living in Florida, so I’m excited to find this gem to come back too! The house is beautiful and Leo perfectly clean. The proximity to downtown and campus made it very easy each day for us to head to campus and downtown. We look forward to coming back soon!

Wonderful house in the heart of Athens

This house is wonderful! The living space is spacious, open, comfortable, and inviting. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with a full set of dishes, etc. and a pantry with the right spices, tea, etc. Everything was super clean and easy to find. The host communicated with us quickly and efficiently and provided what we needed right away. HIGHLY recommend!!

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a family wedding. Seven of us on the house…super cute, clean and definitely room for all of us. Pleasantly surprised by downtown Athens being within walking distance. All amenities updated and working. Property owner super super nice and accommodating…easy to talk with and very responsive. Anything and everything we needed was there. Will most definitely stay here again when we are back in Athens!

Beautiful home close to downtown Athens

We had a wonderful stay at Classic City cottage. Christi was a fabulous host and very responsive. The snack basket was a nice touch to welcome us. Love it! The house was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Location is very close to restaurants and bars downtown. Best house with best host! Highly recommend!

Close to downtown Athens

This was the perfect place for us to stay. It had plenty of room for all of us to sleep, and everything was new and beautiful. The owners have decorated the whole house so tastefully and special touches like a welcome basket really made it feel like home. Parking was easy and plentiful, and we just had a really great stay!

Clean, well kept

Comfortable place with just enough space. Beds were comfy and it was a well kept, clean house. You can walk to downtown, but it is maybe 20 minutes through a mostly vacant park and across a pedestrian bridge. We walked several times! The neighborhood feels a bit gritty and transitional, so be careful. Host was great with excellent communication.
