The villas "Sole" and "Lago" are located in a quiet and panoramic environment, ideal for a holiday in the open air thanks to the large private and public areas. You are in the pretty village of Prabione, just a few steps from the municipal swimming pool and only 9 km from the lake. The center is about 2 km away, where you can find shops, restaurants and bars. In a few minutes you can reach the center of the village, where you will find a café and a restaurant.

Pets: Welcome. We ask the guests on the common areas to take into account the needs of other guests.

Check-in / out: The booked apartment is the guest on the day of arrival from 15 00 clock available, our agency is open for the keys as follows: Monday to Saturday from 15 00 to 18 00 clock
The key handover and the provision of the booked apartment can not be guaranteed after 20 o'clock!
On the day of departure, the apartment must be released by 10.00 clock.

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit and the booking form.

Cancellation conditions: according to the European norms and if there are no other agreements, the following payments are due for a cancellation:
- from the 40th to the 30th Day before the start of the stay 30% of the total price
- from 29 to 20. Day before the start of the stay 40% of the total price
- from 19 to 10. Day before the start of the stay 60% of the total price
- from 10. Day before the start of the stay 100% of the total price
