About this property

Adorable Updated Beach House - 2 Min from the Beach!

This property is located in beautiful Surfside Beach, TX. Enjoy the warm, salty breeze as you sit on the porch of our newly remodeled home that sleeps 10, just minutes from the beach.

The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large walk in closet. The third bedroom has 2 sets of solid wood twin bunkbeds. Top bunks have railing for safety. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom off of the kitchen area. All beds have brand new mattresses and both bathrooms have new towels and hair dryers.

The beautiful kitchen has been completely updated with new quartz countertops and kitchenaid appliances. There is a large bar area that seats 5 as well as a table on the porch that seats 4.

Enjoy smores and/or cocktails by the fire pit. Downstairs there is a grill, outdoor shower, large picnic table as well as plenty of chairs. Don’t worry about mosquitos. We have the yard treated monthly.

In an attempt to keep cleaning fees down, we provide 1 set of towels per person. Don't worry, we provide all laundry room essentials.

MY SURFSIDE BEACH TRIP

Was very impressed with the home. Wish we ohad more time stay and enjoy the peperty. The trip was too short. This was our first experience and just loved it!!! Recommed it A+

Comfortable stay in Surfside Beach

The house was well appointed, clean & close enough to the beach to make it convenient for our weekend. Would stay here again.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Our trip was everything we could have wanted. The home was relaxing and the surrounding area was quiet and laid back. The owners are extremely caring and sent us back some items we left behind. We really enjoyed the slower pace in the winter and we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful upgraded home with all the amenities you need. Amy the host was very responsive with pre- check in questions. Loved staying there. We cooked Thsnksgiv8ng dinner! Weather was not very hospitable...we will be back! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us. Great value.

Really is an adorable VRBO

Recently updated, decorated well & very clean. Was ample space for our party if 6. Owner was very responsive. My son and his friends enjoyed skimboarding and fishing. We ran out of time, but next time will use the fire pit outside.

Absolutely Beautiful

This property is absolutely beautiful inside and outside. It was obvious that it had recently been remodeled and all the appliances were new. It was enough space for my extended family of 10 to occupy and sleep comfortably. The outside grounds were gorgeous and huge with a small view of the beach from the deck and the property is truly just a 2 minute walk away. The owner was nice, very responsive and accommodating. My family and I will be requesting to use this property again.
