NEWLY REMODELED in the Summer of 2022 this 2 bedrooms, 2-bathroom condo checks all the boxes for your vacation needs!

Located in the 1800 Atlantic condo complex with two large communal swimming pools, spa, tennis courts, fitness facilities, private beach, walking paths, BBQ area and recreation room/ library. The opportunities for entertainment are endless in this private condo resort and the location is perfect. Just 1 mile from the Key West International Airport and 2 miles to Duval Street you are in the perfect spot for easy access all over the island.
The unit is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 3rd floor unit with water and garden views.

Inside the unit you will find a well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances, shaker style cabinets, quartz countertops and breakfast bar and seating.

The formal dining area for 6 guests, wet bar and beverage center is great for entertaining family and guests.

The living room has sofa sleeper, love seat and accent chair and has large wall to wall glass sliding doors that lead out to a spacious outdoor lanai with outdoor dining and conversation seating.

The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, chest of drawers, full length mirrors and large sliding doors leading out to the unit's shared lanai. The suite is complete with a private bathroom with custom tile shower, dual vanities and large closets.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, large closet and sliding doors to the unit's shared lanai.

A second shared bathroom is located in the hallway of the unit and has a shower/bathtub combo and custom vanity.

Also located in the unit is a full-size washer & dryer, beach chairs & beach towels. The unit comes with 1 assigned covered parking space in secured garage and there is overflow unassigned parking for 1 additional vehicle or golf cart as available.

A spectacular condo that has been tastefully renovated and furnished. Parking, easy access, beach chairs, a beach wagon, comfy beds, pool, sauna, hot tub…the list goes on. Definitely will be back.

Nice location and furnished well

We really liked the location as it is away from the chaos of Devan Street. The Pool was large, salt water, and a deep end at 9’. Not many kids in pool area which made it relaxing. The beach was nice but had to look out for the large amount of glass in the sand. Would stay there again.

Great Oceanside getaway

My friend and I stayed with our two teenage daughters for a week. The girls loved the pool and we loved reading in the ocean breeze. The private beach isn’t great for swimming but it’s an easy walk to two sandy beaches. Would definitely recommend.

JUST BEAUTIFUL!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for four days for our son’s wedding in Key West and wished we could have stayed longer in this condo. Very clean and up-to-date. And that MASTER SHOWER! I haven’t seen anything like that and it is just so beautiful, bright and plenty of room! I loved sitting out on the porch drinking my morning coffee. You won’t go wrong staying here. We will be back again!

The Keys!

Wonderful property. Exactly as listed. Wonderful location. Beach is beautiful and a two minute walk. Downtown is a short car ride away. Ubers are readily available as is parking. Cannot wait to come back. 😎

Despite being a condo complex it was very quiet. Never had a problem getting chairs by the pool. Unit was very clean and well equipped.

First visit to Key West

It was terrific. Two things. It would be nice to have the WiFi password available without having to reach out to the property manager. Also- travelers don’t often bring shampoo and body wash with them. It would be nice if you supplied both of these for your guests. Otherwise the space was great!

Our first trip to Key West and loved our stay. The unit was perfect and only a couple miles from heart of downtown. It was as described well equipped, clean and nice pool area but also short walk to beach.

Great spot to stay

Property is close to everything and easy to access. Pool is amazing and having the garage during rain was a plus. Very clean, good pans, washer and dryer work well and a great place to see the sunrise. I would stay here again!

Great place

Well stocked nice clean condo. Large pool with plenty of chairs. Small private beach by the pool but quick walk to much larger Smathers or Higgs Beach with services. Lots of storage with a nice patio with lots of seating. Comfortable beds. Would stay again!!

Very difficult to check in

Didn’t have a good view of ocean, the bathrooms still had hair in tub and shower, took 25 min to get into building because I was supposed to fill out some form that I was not given. You cannot enter building without a key and had to keep up with the key the whole trip.

Great! Everything you will need is here.

Property was as described. Very clean! The light/fan is on the same frequency as another unit in the complex. Light would randomly turn on in the middle of the night. We changed the battery the first night (it was missing one) but it also happened the last night were there. Perfect spot to watch the fireworks for the fourth! Far enough away, tucked in the perfect corner of the island but not too far from anything either!

Great, roomy place

Dive trip with wife and adult daughter. Very roomy place. Comfy beds. Could’ve packed a lot less thanks to washer/dryer. Great kitchen we intended to use but couldn’t resist the local fare. Easy parking in the garage. Happy to find beach chairs and towels. Huge outdoor porch we enjoyed in the mornings.

Atlantic Hideaway

Overall we had a wonderful stay at Atlantic Hideaway. This unit was very clean. It had most everything we needed for our stay. There is no pantry though to store any extras. The unit looks like it has recently had a complete makeover. Most everything looks brand new. The patio area is well furnished for seating and has plenty of room to sit and enjoy the mornings and evenings. The location is perfect. We look forward to our next visit!

Wonderful spot...

1800 Atlantic is a beautiful condo complex with exceptional amenities ... pool next to the water, hot tub, short ride to Duval and other popular spots. Only downside is the road next door can get a little noisy from the balcony but all of the other great things make that easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
