We enjoyed the house so much while visiting Family. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The perfect blend of a vintage home and modern updates. The beds were very comfortable which is rare for rentals. Can’t recommend it enough.

This property was perfect! The kitchen is great to hang out in. The bed was comfortable and the entire house well appointed. Perfect location as our son was getting married at Mill Top. I would highly recommend and hope to return when we have more time to enjoy the area.
This house and neighborhood is amazing!! Clean and very nice! Big clean rooms and beds were very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your house with visiting guests!
Lovely property and house close to Ruoff for concert, shopping Noblesville, eating within walking distance. The house is a gorgeous restored to perfection property. Everything well appointed in kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Wish we could have stayed longer, we did not get the chance to cook in the gourmet kitchen.
Spacious, light-filled, vintage charm, great location
I enjoyed a comfortable and convenient stay at a home that’s spacious, light-filled with vintage charm in a convenient location near historic downtown. A fully equipped big kitchen and large dining room made meals a delight eating in, when not eating out at nearby restaurants. On-street parking was plentiful. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with a bathroom shower. There is a charming full bath on the 1st floor. The stairs to the 2nd floor are steep and narrow, so this might not be suitable for those who need an accessible rental. Everyone we dealt with were courteous and pleasant.
Our family of five (including three adult kids 21+) stayed for four nights over Thanksgiving weekend. The house is beautiful and still has tons of its amazing 150-year-old features -- many original floors, doors, and woodwork. Yet the kitchen was big, modern and fully equipped. The host left a bit of history about the original owner (it was built in 1870) which was cool and made us want to know more. We walked many times into downtown Noblesville for coffee (Noble Coffee is our favorite), meals (lots of great restaurants) and shopping. Our host was great to work with, cheerful and very helpful. The house was immaculate and included lots of nice details like shampoo, hair dryers, laundry detergent, tea, etc. We'd definitely stay again. Note: with three bedrooms and a total of three beds (1 King and 2 Queens), it's not equipped for a big group. Two of our three adult kids share a room and it worked fine. Great stay!
