This updated townhome is a great find on Peak 9. Across the street from Snowflake Run & Lift, many hiking trails, and 3 blocks from Main Street. Luxurious master bath w/ large shower, free standing tub, vaulted ceilings, wood beams and stone finishes. 2500sqft over 3 levels provides a comfortable floorplan. Other amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, sunken living room w/ gas fireplace, private hot tub, washer/dryer, grill, 1 car heated garage, pool access, two bunk rooms.

This house provides a great option for visitors looking for convenient access to skiing and town. The multi-level floor plan is spacious but the rooms feel cozy with timber accents and plush carpet. The kitchen and bathrooms are brand new - check out the stunning master bath!

Access to Mountain and Lifts:
The Snowflake Lift is across the street and one block down from the townhome. The walk is downhill. To ski back, you'll take the Snowflake Run back and take a right just before the Blue Sky building. You'll end up across the street from the townhome.

• This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2025 CLOSURE dates:

*This clubhouse is not on-site and is located at 450 Village Rd. In the winter it is easiest to drive there but please note that parking is limited.

Charter Sports in the Blue Sky building will provide complimentary overnight ski valet for gear that is rented through them.

Parking Limit: 2 cars (parking is free) - Please note that one car must fit in the garage and the other in front. Oversized cars must park at an overnight off-site parking lot.
Occupancy Limit: 10 guests

Located within walking distance of the Beaver Run Peak 9 base area, Snowflake lift (this lift is dependent on snow pack and may be closed early and/or late season) and a bus stop.

Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.

PARKING:

The house has a private garage with room to park one car in the garage and one car outside in front of the garage. There is not additional parking onsite beyond these two dedicated parking spots. The garage door must be kept closed so cars must be able to fit in the garage (height and length).

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt & pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own crib sheets.

PLEASE NOTE:

--The minimum age to rent is 25.
--There is no air conditioning.
--There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended if not required. Additional vehicles or vehicles that exceed the height or length of the garage will need to pay for overnight parking at a town parking lot.
--This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Please visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude travel.
--The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
--Town of Breck noise ordinance is in place from 11pm-7am.
--Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.

Great place!

This property was fantastic for our family trip to Breckenridge. Very close to Snowflake lift and ski rentals where you can store skis! Walk to town. Clean, comfortable, has a hot tub and well stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room for 10 of us. Great time! Thank you!
