**Note for people booking dates prior to April 12, 2025: The Banks Channel Shallow Draft Navigation Project is underway in Surf City. They are dredging sand from Banks Channel in the intracoastal and depositing it along the beach, which will result in approximately 60 feet of added dry sand at our beach! The sand has already been deposited in front of Twin Landings, but there is a pipeline that goes along the beach in front of the house with crossovers to the ocean. You can web search the project for more info...it is now expected to be complete by April 12.**

Welcome to Twin Landings on Topsail Island! Built by families for families to enjoy multigenerational time together at the beach, while spreading out between TWO HOUSES (connected by a huge upper oceanfront deck!). From the moment you arrive at Twin Landings, you will know you are home. From the jaw-dropping direct oceanfront views to the 4 King Bedrooms and newly renovated, fully-stocked kitchens, these homes have everything you need for an unforgettable vacation with extended family or friends. These homes comfortably sleep 18.

There’s a reason families come to Twin Landings year after year. Sitting oceanfront in Surf City 2 miles south of the bridge, these homes have 2 private beach accesses, 2 hot/cold outdoor showers, and decks for miles. This is the premier spot on Topsail Island, with wide sandy beaches and just minutes to the shops and restaurants of both Surf City and Topsail Beach.

These homes have a total of 8 bedrooms, 4 of them featuring king sized beds. The king bedrooms are all oceanfront with direct access to the shady lower porch, and two of them feature en-suite bathrooms. On the upper level of each home, on the same level as the kitchen/living/dining area, is a queen bedroom and full bathroom. One of the homes has a fourth bedroom with two twin beds and the other has a fourth bedroom with two sets of twin bunkbeds.

Upstairs in each home, there is an open kitchen, dining and living area, all with sweeping views of the beach and ocean. Watch the dolphins swimming by while you enjoy time with your family or friends!

The newly renovated kitchens feature high-end appliances, a peninsula with counter seating, and everything you need to cook meals at home. For coffee, we offer both a Keurig and drip coffee pot. Each living area features a new large sectional (one West Elm and one Arhaus),, swivel chairs, and smart TV with Hulu + live local TV.

Outside, the furnished top deck spans the entire property, and features eight bar height patio chairs with tables and four rocking chairs. When you are not renting both sides, this deck can be gated for privacy. Downstairs, the oceanfront decks are shaded and feature a swing and two adirondack rocking chairs. A private stairway on each side leads directly down to the beach, and each lower deck has a hot/cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after enjoying the beach.

The driveway is large and has plenty of parking (4+ cars on each side). 🐶 We would love to host your dogs! We allow up to 2 well-trained dogs on each side for a $75/dog (+tax) flat pet fee. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies.) Dogs are welcome on the beaches in Surf City, and you will see many people dining outside with their dogs at the local restaurants.

All bath towels, bath mats, beach towels, and kitchen linens are included with your stay. Your beds will be freshly made by our wonderful housekeepers. Our guests love all the “extras” we provide: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dish detergent, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and more! We have loads of beach and vacation gear available for our guests in the garages: beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and a charcoal grill.
