You will be Catskillin' it in this newly remodeled, over 500 sq. ft., design-forward 1BR cottage, bright and snug with private outdoor space, modern kitchenette (only induction burner, microwave, and convection toaster oven,) and spa-like bathroom. Upstate and chill in the cozy full bed with your s.o. for a romantic cottage getaway. A comfy second bed makes it great for get-aways with your bestie, too. Located on a dead-end street, equipped with AC, heat, high speed internet, and private parking. No car, no problem: Trailways bus less than a mile away! Overlook Mountain rising over the treetops, short walk to village center, with its music venues and lively restaurant scene. Ideal location for any season: hit the trails, hit the slopes (35 minutes to Bellaeyre), hit the hay. Central to all that the Catskills have to offer.

Adorable cottage with the best hosts

The cottage is adorable and clean and recently renovated. Location is close to town and yet tucked away and peaceful. I have never experienced such wonderful hosts who truly go above and beyond. I'm so thankful I reserved Junebug Cottage for my stay in Woodstock.

Great little place!

We had a great time spending a long weekend here. A cute little cottage located within walking distance from downtown and many hiking trails. Owner was great at communicating! Highly recommended.

Amazing Stay

Junebug Cottage was a top notch place to stay and we enjoyed every minute of it! It is clean, well kept, and has everything needed for your stay. John is very hospitable and easy to communicate with. Weekend in Woodstock

We spent the weekend and had a wonderful time. The property was conveniently located near the center of town while still being very quiet and private. The cottage is perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway. Great spot if you want to have a jumping off point to explore the area. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic, relaxing cottage!

What a delightful cottage! Impeccably clean. Quite spacious. You could spend a day "on property" just relaxing on your private back patio, front porch or over by the outdoor firepit. Have already referred this property to a few friends who are planning stays in the Woodstock area. You will be impressed and more than pleased with this booking.

Charming Woodstock Cottage!

Our stay at Junebug Cottage was absolutely wonderful! The renovation of this charming cottage utilized every inch of space for comfort and practicality. The high quality granite, tile, carpets, and light fixtures were perfectly chosen to reflect the history of the property and add some style and luxury! The owners were attentive and obviously keep the cottage impeccably clean. We hope to stay here again and again!

Perfect Woodstock Getaway

We had a spectacular experience at the Junebug Cottage! The space was absolutely immaculate, well-maintained and appointed, and the perfect size for a couple for a few days. Walking distance to town, peaceful outdoor space and access to a blackstone grill, and really lovely hospitality - we would recommend this property and host in a heartbeat. The cottage is immaculate and extremely well appointed. The walk to town is a bit far and there are no sidewalks, so expect to drive there. The dog in the main house is a bit of yapper.

Cozy, upscale cottage

I was in town for a workshop and my husband used the cottage WiFi to work one day and then used it as base camp for hiking. The location and amenities were ideal. So many thoughtful touches throughout, and high quality linens. The place was just lovely and the hosts were gracious and helpful. Highly recommend.

A wonderfully cozy weekend escape!

We stayed in Junebug Cottage for a long weekend getaway this winter, and it was everything we could have asked for in a quick couple’s getaway. From initial booking, John & Mollie were incredibly communicative and made sure we felt welcomed and had all the information we needed about the space and the area.The cottage is beautiful, immaculately kept and so clean. It has everything you could need for a weekend stay. We had a bad snow/ice storm the weekend we were there, and the cottage was so warm and cozy (and the property even has a backup generator, which we were so lucky to have when strong winds took the power out a couple times!). John went out of his way helping to shovel and salt the walkway and driveway, which was so sweet of him and very appreciated.The house is just a short drive into town (which we explored between snow and rain), and there’s wonderful restaurants nearby. But we mostly enjoyed sleeping in, reading, and watching some TV. We can’t wait to come back again in the summer/fall to experience Woodstock in another season (and certainly will be staying at Junebug Cottage again!).

Thank you for considering our cottage. We are both teachers and after years of coming to the Catskills for school holidays, we decided to make it our home. Why they chose this property

You are close to town and all it has to offer, but feel far from it all. It's cozy and quiet with all of the comforts of home. The property is on a quiet, dead-end street, so we hear very few cars.

What makes this property unique

It feels like you are the first guests to stay in it, we are told. It is stylishly designed, super-dooper cozy. The back patio is very private, situated out of sight from every house in the area.
