Perfect location is extremely close to major interstates, Fairgrounds, Lake Hefner, Baptist Hospital, Will Rogers World Airport, Will Rogers Gardens & Wedding Venue, Coles Garden Wedding & Event Center, Bricktown and so much more. Home includes five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two living rooms, two dining areas, small gym, and a beautiful swimming pool that is heated and available during winter months, with a large, gated backyard. So much fun to be had at this home; board games, game table in the second living room converts to ping pong table, pool table, air hockey table or extra dining space if needed, go outside for a game of cornhole or play basketball with two goals, and also has a Playstation 5 for the kiddos or the young at heart.
