Apartment with combined living room and balcony
Apartment for sport and relaxation in a prime location with a view of the bobsleigh track. Apartment renovated in 2016 right on the "Erlebnisbergcap" ideal for bikers, hikers and winter sports enthusiasts (100 m to the entrance to the ski lift carousel). The approx. 43 sqm apartment is equipped with fold-away beds and a sofa with a sleeping function for 2-3 people (bedroom and living room can be separated by room dividers). The apartment also has a dining area, kitchen with coffee machine, refrigerator and a bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A garage for bicycles and skis is available. The key is in a key safe. The code will be sent to you before arrival. Pets are allowed at a surcharge of 5EUR per night. Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure by 10:00 a.m. (or by arrangement after booking). The local tourist tax of EUR 2.50 per person / day is not included in the price.
