Family reunion 80th birthday 🎂

Property was very comfortable and clean. Host was very acomodating. We had to get gas for the grill but other than that it was great.

Our trip

The sliding door from the kitchen to the pool was rusted the door stuck no moving, we texted the manager he send someone spends hour to fix it then the pool was dirty no filter running or connected, when we called him and send pictures he said it is because the wind and rain, and the company is pool company is booked until tomorrow. we were not able to use the pool, next day he send someone to clean the pool again no filter running on. on our last day in the property he send another company they clean up and put the filter on and we were able to enjoy. overall we were disappointed from the pool situation. the fire pit is not working, grill also rusting. but the location is perfect close to a shopping area beach is 20 minutes drive.

Family Vacation

We arrived at 3:45 on Sat. ,June 29 . We had not been given a code to get in and had attempted to reach the owner several times. There was a cleaning person when we arrived and she contacted the owner and soon after he sent the code. The house looks much nicer in pictures. The pool was filthy even had hair in it. The owner said it was cleaned the day before but i find that hard to believe. He said he would contact his pool guy to clean it but we never heard back from him. I had my 2 year old grandaughter and there is no way I would put her in that pool. The shower floor tile grout was dirty. The fans in the house were dirty, and the walls. The kitchen cabinets has dried food stuck to it. I was not going to stay in a dirty house so we left at around 8 p.m. that night. I Terrible experience. I took pictures of everything.

Clean house and reasonable price

Stayed with friends for a golf weekend. Nice back yard with pool. 10 min Uber from most places.

We had a group of 12. This house was open and roomy and accommodated us nicely. The patio area was great too! Thank you we would definitely stay here again

Great place for our girls weekend!

We had a great time staying here. The outdoor space was great and the location was perfect. It fit 7 of us very comfortably. Carlos and Jorge were very responsive. I definitely recommend!

House needs to be kept better , place was dusty and dirty in the bathrooms on the floors and moulding. Pool was green when we got there would think at the day of rental this would of been resolved .owner did make good of it by sending someone to fix the pool but we couldnt use the pool the first day. We couldnt checkin there were 2 doors with codes and a lock box codes didnt work on any door or lock box we found the back door to get in House was 85 degrees when we got there the ac filers look like they were nevwr changed we had to remove them to get the house cool. Cabinets and such are worn down broken etc Place has 4 bed rooms we had 6 people we kept running out of hot water . Rooms are alot smaller than they look in picture everything in the picture looks new but its run down. Place needs so better cleaning services and upkeep. Wasnt unbearable to stay here but it wasnt cheap so just making sure you know what your getting.

Perfect Getaway Weekend

Love the setup of the house, comfortably fit 11 adults. Nice air conditioner, kept us cool on super hot days. Good location, not far from beach and downtown. I would stay here again!

Great stay in Ft. Lauderdale

Clean, modern and renovated property. Owner was very attentive. House was very well maintained and the pictures were accurate. Ideal for a large family. Location was very convenient - very close to airport and close to highway to access other locations, including Las Olas beach. Only minor complaint is that the pool was still a bit cold despite turning up the temp on the heater. But overall, highly recommend this stay/owner and would return in the future.
