This almost brand-new upscale basement suite comes with private parking in the back alley. It is located on a tree-lined street with quick access to all amenities and transit. Only mere minutes to Rogers Place, Royal Alexandra Hospital, Commonwealth Stadium and all of downtown. It is a very central location making access to anything in Edmonton only minutes away.
Upon entering through the private side fence into the secured backyard and to the private side entrance into the basement, you are welcome to the wide open suite that has windows on all sides, making the suite feel bright and airy. The kitchen has all full-size stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), tiled backsplash and quartz countertops.
The bathroom is tiled with marble and a tiled bathtub + standing shower. The in-suite laundry is located in this space as well.
The main living area has ample seating for all guests, a desk station, and a large TV with free access to Netflix.
Across is the dining room for 6 people. On the wall above the table is a giant chalkboard for you to leave a message for the next guests, treat this as our guest book :)
The master bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed in it with luxurious linens, spacious closet, and blackout blings.
Bedroom 2 has a comfy queen sized bed with a closet and black out blinds as well.
No expense has been spared and everything is immaculate from top to bottom and is professionally clean between each stay.
Entire basement suite, outdoor patio and fenced-in yard and reserved back alley parking spot.

I will not be on-site during your stay, but I am available for any issues or questions that you may face, and I live in the city, so I can come by for any emergencies as well.
This old neighbourhood is quiet and mature. The tree-lined street is is a stone's throw away from the Royal Alex, NAIT, Kingsway Mall and Downtown.

Great Place, Great Location

This is the 2nd time staying at this place and it is great for us and our small dog. Communication is great, place is clean and comfortable. Definitely our go to place when in Edmonton.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and I recommend the property. However, there were a few quality of life things that could be improved on. Garbage can lid was broken, wifi password was wrong in the book, check in/check out times were all over the place (the book said different times than the email, for example), and there was quite a bit of noise above us when we were home. We knew we were going to be sharing, but just be aware the walls are very thin and we could hear every word and every step of our upstairs neighbours.
