Come and relax in this spacious home near the beach. The modern amenities/decor will greet you as you enter the home. There are 4 bedrooms and a sleeping den. The outdoor space includes a screened lanai, heated pool/spa, shower, and grill. The main floor master bath has a walk in shower, his and her sinks, and a claw-foot tub. Included: bikes, child trailer, beach chairs. Internet is included.

Amazing location, great host and beautiful house!!

We have stayed at this property multiple years. As a frequent user of VRBO, this one tops our list of experiences across the board!! Great location near the beach, restaurants and downtown Naples! Fabulous and responsive hosts! And a clean, beautiful house that is comfortable and modern! Highly recommend this property for families looking for a great Florida vacation!!

If I could give it 10 stars, I would!!

We stayed in this house for 4 weeks It's open and airy, the ceilings are high, it's been updated, and there's plenty of room for the family. The pool, hot tub, and patio were great. We walked or biked to the beach many of the days we were there. There's not a single thing I would change. Charlotte and Bob are very attentive, and it's clear they want to keep the house and its furnishings in tip-top shape. We were very happy, and if we return to Naples next year, we would stay there again.

Family gathering before son’s wedding

Great place Great location. Had family from around country stay with us here before moving on to son’s wedding venue Perfectly set up to hang out and chill with family and friends Host was great and responsive to all our needs.

The home was beautiful. Everything was perfect walking in it was clean as a whistle we had everything we needed there and more we would definitely go back and we give this the highest rating it could have I’m giving it 10 million stars. Family Christmas Trip

The house was perfect for our family of 9. Very roomy and comfortable for everybody. Was furnished with everything that was needed during our stay. The pool and hot tub were perfect, the whole family enjoyed them. Location was perfect for walks and riding bikes. Beach was close also. Over all it was a great home!

Great House & location

We had a great week. We had construction outside the home which woke us up everyday about 6 or 6:30 am. We still enjoyed our stay very much, but we were not told the road would be completely torn up, and our car stuck in the driveway at times. Also - we were told to go inside by 10 pm - 2 of us ladies were giggling in the hot tub was apparently “too noisy” - no loud music was being played or anything. So may not be an ideal location for teens or young people wanting to stay up a bit later. The house is gorgeous, in a great location, and Charlotte is very responsive.

Beautiful house and location!

We brought our adult kids for a few days to relax and hang out at the beach! The house has a ton of room and everyone had their own bedroom. The pool and hot tub was also a big hit. The beach is 1.3 miles on the bikes (provided). So many beach extras for us to use as well as starter items for the house to get you started. So much fun and can’t wait to come back!

The home is an open floor plan. The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed and a beautiful bathroom. A bedroom/office and full bathroom are also located downstairs, as well as the laundry room. Upstairs are two bedrooms with king beds, one which has a futon/trundle, great for young families. The third upstairs bedroom has a full/twin bunkbed. There is an additional full bathroom located upstairs. A screened heated pool and spa with child safety fence is there for your enjoyment relaxation. Covered, outside dining is located in the screened area.
