Downtown Condo with Parking

Walking distance to Petco Park, the Historic Gaslamp district, the convention center, the waterfront boardwalk, restaurants, bars, arcades and so much more. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located condo. One queen bed and one pull-out couch can comfortably sleep four, plus an air mattress for additional guests if needed. One parking space is included. A dog and cat have lived here but will not be present during your stay. There is a gym in the building.

The condo is a two-bedroom, one-bath with a large kitchen, a balcony, and very comfortable furnishings. The oversized couch provides an ideal gathering spot for the whole group. The condo walls and windows are well insulated so you can easily block out downtown noise, and enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of America's Finest City. Noise between units is also well insulated, but we do ask that you are respectful by keeping noise down between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
