The Fereinhaus is located just outside the picturesque Carona in a very quiet location high above Lake Lugano and is also very suitable for families. There are two bedrooms and a children's room with 2 bunk beds. In total there is space between 2 - 8 people. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, a swimming pool and a tennis court. Hikers in particular get their money's worth here; numerous hiking trails lead into the unique mountain landscape.

Picturesque

Our 2nd visit to La Vendemmia - we love it here. It's such a perfect spot - incredible view and plenty of walking and cycling on the doorstep. People in Carona are so friendly and welcoming. We hope to visit again. Thanks Bergith!

Beautiful view in a charming part of Switzerland

We had a wonderful stay in “La Vendemia.” The house was perfect for my family (my wife and I, our three teenagers, and my wife's parents). We have visited many parts of Switzerland over the last twenty years and La Vendemia will stand out among all of our trips for the amazing view from its patio and the bedroom balcony. It is amazing from sunrise until late at night. (The picture of the view that the owner has posted doesn't actually capture how nice the view is.) In terms of basics, the house had everything we needed (including a dishwasher and washing machine). Internet was fine, but not spectacular. There is a nice-sized yard and you have lots of privacy. There is parking space for at least three cars, and the bus stop in Carona is not too far away by foot. The house is about a 3-5 minute walk from the center of the small town of Carona. This town is charming: it has narrow passageways to walk through, several restaurants, and old churches. You can also walk a little bit further to the beautiful Parco San Grato. A longer hike up to the top of San Salvatore is possible. It can be a little steep and rugged, but my 83 year-old father-in-law made the journey there and back just fine. A longer walk to Morcote is also possible. The owner was responsive to messages and proactive in reaching out to us. All in all, I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a relaxing place to spend some time.

Verlängerung des Sommers

Wir haben hier mit unserem Golden Retriever eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht, das Wetter war einfach nur traumhaft. Aber genauso traumhaft ist das Haus: absolut herrliche Lage am Hang mit direktem Seeblick, ein großer, umzäunter Garten für den Goldie, kaum Autoverkehr, da das Haus am Ende einer Sackgasse liegt. Und auch mit der Ausstattung kann das Haus trumpfen, mein Highlight war das große Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer mit toller Aussicht nachts auf die beleuchteten Häuser und Straßen am gegenüber liegenden Seeufer, und das Highlight meines Mannes war die superschöne und bestens ausgestattete Küche ;-) . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Eine Insel der Ruhe

Wir waren nun zum 4. mal in diesem Haus und es hat uns jedes Mal super gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und effizient. Die Lage ist ein Traum und wir werden es vermissen.

Gemütliches Haus mit wunderschöner Seesicht

Ruhig gelegen,aber dennoch gut angebunden,lässt dieses geräumige,schön eingerichtete Haus mit dem tollen Seeblick keine Wünsche offen.Der große,umzäunte Garten war für unseren Hund ideal.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Traumhaft

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Für die Hunde ein Paradies, komplett ausbruchsicherer großer Garten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche ist sehr sehr schön und hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich schön.# Wir werden in Zukunft öfters das Haus buchen.
