** We welcome ONE well-behaved dog at our property! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please review and adhere to the following in the House Rules/Booking Agreement. **
** The pool can be heated for an additional daily fee, available from mid-October to mid-April. If you would like to add pool heat to your reservation, please let us know either after booking or at least 3 days prior to your check-in date.

Important: If pool heat is not purchased in advance and we find that the temperature has been adjusted during your stay, a $200 fee will be charged.**

Other Things to Note

A small dog is welcome for an additional $75 pet fee. This is a non-smoking property and parties are not permitted. At least one member of the party must be 21 years of age. We value your security and have installed a security camera at the front door.

* Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
