The Space:
The space has a nice, beach feel, with comfortable beds, new appliances, and new furniture.

Guest Access:
Guests access the home via a keypad code provided on the morning of your check in.

The Neighborhood:
The home is just minutes away from Largo central park in a quiet neighborhood just off of Clearwater Largo Road, and minutes from Indian Rocks Beach.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available to answer any questions or service requests via the messenger, or you can call us. Check in and check out is remote, with keypad entry. Detailed instructions and keypad codes will be sent the day of check in.

The type of house I would rent or buy. I would have stayed longer if it was available

Nice place, love the master bedroom / bathroom. Nice kitchen and enjoyed the pool very little because of the rain everyday. However the house has a good layout, plenty of natural light. The deck nice and was relaxing, wish I could of taken more advantage of the back yard. That's mother nature for you... Would recommend...

Perfect family getaway

The house was clean and had everything we needed and more to make our 5 day trip a success! The pool was clean and refreshing! The house had more space than expected from looking from the outside. Beach supplies found at the house were a great help to make a day at the beach successful too!

Comfortable home

Beds were comfy and house was very clean. We had a problem with deck which was rotting in a couple of places but we were told it would be fixed up soon. The pool was nice although we never did use it!

Nice place

This home is a nice rental. There a a few conflicting reviews but I can help clarify the property status. This home is in a typical residential neighborhood in this area of FL. It’s an older home as they all are. The outside and fence area has not been recently updated but the interior has been. The living space is excellent and the exterior is a little older. The back yard is completely fenced but will not keep any dog confined. I walked with my dogs for bathroom and play time or they would have escaped because of broken fence boards. The yard is nicely kept and surrounded by trees. The pool was clean with leaf debris from the trees. Just used the available scooper. Staying here was nice. Will stay again with my dogs.

Christmas Getaway

We came down for Christmas and had an excellent time! The property was very clean and well maintained, exceeding my expectations. It's close to some good restaurants, and Tampa. The Central Park is just a couple minutes drive away and was fantastic. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property, not a bad thing to say.
