Beautifully designed, comfortable and fully loaded with amenities! Newly renovated and pet friendly, the home is located in the desirable Fountain Square area near downtown and a short drive to Indy’s main attractions.

We've designed this space for you to relax and unwind. Bluetooth speakers are featured, including a vinyl record player. The home has a remote workspace with 300 mpbs WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee bar w/ locally roasted coffee, books/game, super comfy beds and more.

Charming home

This little house had a lot of character. The communication from the owners was top notch. The welcome binder was organized and very helpful. Everything in the home was labeled and easy to use. We appreciated that there is an alarm system that is usable by the guests. The neighborhood was quiet and the checkout process quick and easy. Would stay again!

Loved Blue Villa!

We loved Blue Villa for our family getaway. So perfectly convenient to downtown! The house is so beautiful, comfortable and all of the little touches made it so perfect to “come home” to. Lovely, charming and we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful!

The Blue Villa was perfect for me and my teen/tween girls. We all loved having our own room and the comfy beds. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive. It was a perfect “home base” for exploring Indy!

Cute house

The house was great to stay in, organized and very close to a lot of entertainment, dining and breweries. Probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in in awhile! Also convenient that it is dog friendly (the house and the stores/breweries).

Gorgeous Space Full of Amenities!

We loved the Blue Villa! The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. There were lots of thoughtful details, like a leash and food bowls for our doggo. The fenced backyard was also great for pets! The extras like sleep masks and ear plugs made the space feel luxurious and minor details like having scannable QR codes to help understand how things inside the house work were over and above! We will definitely be back to stay in the Blue Villa again next time we stay in Indy!

Lovely House

We stayed one night at The Blue Villa and it was perfect! Loved all the details and added touches the owners put into the house! From the labels, QR codes, decore, and security system. It made things feel very welcoming and homey! We especially enjoyed the artwork throughout the house! The bathroom pictures made us laugh!! 😍 Thank you again!!

Cutest little Vrbo there ever was!

The Blue Villa far exceeded our expectations! The house is so cute and was very accommodating! The amenities were plentiful and the homeowners were easily accessible. Plus, everything had QR codes on it if you had any questions, you could watch a short YouTube video. Would definitely stay there again!
