The vacation rental provides all your at-home essentials and Smart TVs in every room. $20 resort fee per day per guest for amenities.
$20 per day resort fee is charged at check-in directly to the resort.
All trash must be bagged before it is put in the outside cans. $25 fee if not bagged.
Pets: $100 per pet fee per stay. Pets must be kept off all furniture, beds and blankets. Any excessive hair left behind will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Any pet stains are subject to an additional cleaning or replacement fee.
Must be leashed at all times outside of the home.
