Welcome to Settler's Crossing 48, a charming 2-bedroom/1-bathroom retreat perfect for your next holiday in Sun Peaks Resort.
This inviting property has an open concept so whether you're preparing a homecooked meal or taking in a movie in the lovely, warm living room, you can stay connected to all of your guests - making entertaining a slice of cake!
The living room features a tiled fireplace with a large flatscreen TV above, a cozy leather armchair and a plush sofa to snuggle up on. The nearly floor-to-ceiling windows provide ample sunlight.
Just off of the living room is access to your private balcony with the private hot tub and BBQ. A unique feature is that this hot tub is circular, as opposed to the traditional square shape.
The full kitchen has granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen bar, and another 4 at the dining table.
The second bedroom also has a large flatscreen TV, so if you have kids in your group, this is a great option to allow them their own space. Both bedrooms feature storage options for clothes.
The bathroom has a shower/tub combo which is another feature making this a great home for a young family, but adults can also enjoy a relaxing soak after a long day of adventure.

This property has 1 parking stall in the underground parkade. The garage height is 2.29m (7'6").
This property is pet friendly. It allows up to 2 animals at a maximum size of 25lbs each. No large animals are permitted.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of such will incur penalties.
