3rd floor to far for parking

Over all the the place was clean. First there was no word about this until is on the 3rd floor except the instructions on how to check in. There had at some point been smokers in the unit and you could smell and taste it. The parking was over 100 yards away from the unit, that wouldn't have been bad except then you have the 3 flights of stairs. The bed was small and uncomfortable. We will not stay there again.

Centrally located

Location is close to the University, downtown and the ballpark which is convenient. Facility grounds and hallways could use some cleaning up but, owner keeps his place nice.

Great location!

Arrived after a long 10 hour road trip and was greeted by a very clean and cozy apartment. Nicely appointed and very well kept. Would definitely stay here again!
