Unique and Serene "Sunset" Houseboat for 4

Enjoy the sounds of the river and the gentle landscape when you stay in this unique place.

The "Sunset" was inspired by the beauty of the views of our Sunsets here in Iowa's only Island City, Sabula.
This unique getaway is quite comfortable for 4 people. The back bedroom offers a queen size bed and a single bed. Also, there is afuton in the living room.

We offer bath house for are guests also if needed. Fishing right off the dock or bring your boat.
Perfect unique stay on the water.
Check in: Upon arrival please check in at the Harbor Store between 3-5p.m. If you are planning on arriving later, no problem, just let your host know and we will guide you to your houseboat. The Sunset is tied to dock and must stay tied at all times. This boat cannot be taken out.

Lovely and all around perfect!

We loved our weekend getaway! The houseboat was decorated so well and had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have the option to stay in a location so unique! I wanted to be close to the water and this location and boat was even better than staying in a cabin. Thank you Kelly and team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back!

Pleasant Weekends

Very nice area. The new interior of the boat is well done. Very comfortable. Short trip to many activities A MUST EAT, is The Sandbar in town. Not a fancy place at all. Home town place. The food and price will NOT be outdone by anyone. The service is great and friendly. Main Street USA at its best .
