überteuerte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist leider nur minimal. Lediglich nur 2 Kochplatten, keine Spülmaschine, kein Backofen und kein ausreichendes Geschirr. Der zweite Balkon war nicht nutzbar, weil die Lüftung des Badezimmers permanent dröhnte. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung schön aber völlig überteuert. Bei der Buchung gab es seitens fewo-direkt eine Computerpanne, die auch von fewo-direkt zugegeben wurde. Trotzdem wurde der Fehler nicht ausgeräumt. Die Service-Mitarbeiter im Call-Center sind nicht besonders gut geschult. Das Problem direkt mit der Vermieterin zu klären, war ebenfalls nicht möglich. Da ich jetzt zum zweiten Mal schlechte Erfahrungen mit fewo-direkt gemacht habe, werde zukünftig einen anderen Anbieter nehmen.
