The apartment is spacious in a prime location, only approx. 300 m from the courtyard garden and only 400 m from the pedestrian zone, only 400 m to the sports center with a free parking space and a second parking space if desired for 15 euros 2 bathrooms and another toilet room so a total of 3 toilets, 2 balconies, spacious living-dining area with open kitchen for socializing together. The apartment is on the first floor and has an elevator.
