Life is beautiful ... with the same name as our - Bella Vita Binz - in the 2018 renovated modern apartment house Bel Vital - formerly a residence. Tasteful and stylish, that's how we would describe our 67 sqm Bella Vita Binz. The entire apartment impresses with its spacious, open and light-flooded interior design. Special values were placed on a homely and cozy atmosphere - i.e. high quality and pleasant furniture such as a comfort couch with large pillows, a 65 inch flat screen TV / Ambilight for a pleasant TV experience in the evening. The selected pieces of furniture include brands such as Rivera Maison and the manufacturer Ocean House. From the bright living area and the cozy bedroom you get to the really spacious balcony with south-east orientation. Here you can soak up the sun from early morning to afternoon. You can also look forward to this - you can enjoy your extensive breakfast on the sunny balcony with a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. And we bring the fresh bread - this is a better way to go on holiday. From the living area you get into the bedroom with an elaborate wooden bed, a corresponding, charming wardrobe and an additional TV. The modern bathroom is classically equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Our Bella Vita Binz can be found on the 1st Upper floor of the apartment block Residenz Bel Vital. You can easily reach it via the elevator. A bicycle cellar is available for your brought bikes, washing machine and dryer are available in a separate washing cellar for our guests (ideal for families with small children or / and longer stays). The in-house sauna and for active breaks in the fitness room are available at any time free of charge.  And if you like, the recreation room in the basement with table football and table tennis also offers a little break for young and old.
