The apartment has three bedrooms, two of which are double rooms and the third has two sets of bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath and shower over. The kitchen is modern and has a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. It is fully equipped with crockery and utensils. The dining area has a large wooden table with eight chairs. the lounge area has comfortable furniture and a lovely stove. The balcony has a table and chairs so visitors can enjpy the view in good weather. The apartment is on the first floor of the building and is located a five minute walk from the BLM train station. It is a 5 minute walk to the sports centre where you will find the ice rink, indoor swimming pool and spa and a 10 minute walk to the local supermarket. 
The flat has WIFI and a modern SMART television with access to all international channels.
Visitors can get to the ski slopes from either the train station or the Almendhubuel Bahn. In the winter months visitors can usually ski right back to the apartment.
