This sturdy brick home has been beautifully restored and features a stunning kitchen with appliances to meet your daily needs. Living room offers an entertaining space with a 50in TV and futon. Bedrooms include 1 queen size and 1 full size bed with an extra foldable twin bed in the full bedroom.

The guests have access to everything in the house and within the fenceline. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood near the downtown Zephyrhills. Your family will be within minutes away everything here such as Zephyrhills airport, skydiving facility, Zephyr Park, Hillsborough River State Park, Cristal Springs and more.

Last minute trip

This house was 5 min from my destination. We had a large van that fit beside the house on the property. Perfect for us. Perfect size, rooms accommodated my play pen for baby. Sucks that it’s right on road, but not enough traffic yet to make it a problem. During such an awful time for my family, my great experience here made a difference. Definitely would stay again.

Beautifully renovated house, clean, and welcoming

The house is beautiful! Though the neighborhood is so-so, everything about the house was perfect. Clean, newly remodeled, and welcoming. Rosa was responsive, friendly, and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and cute!

This house was so clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was very accommodating to us in that we evacuated from the coast and she let us come early. Very nice stay!
