The newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser is located in the former naval school in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The modern 2.5 room apartment on the 1st The upper floor is accessible via an elevator and has a south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the fantastic view over the Bodden all day long. The balcony is accessible from the living room and one of the two bedrooms and has a table with two chairs and two sun loungers for the magical moments of the surroundings. The high ceilings of the apartment created there underline the friendly and spacious character. The yacht club-style apartment offers maximum comfort with selected accessories and harmonious compositions. The holiday apartment with 82m² can accommodate 4 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. The living area with its cozy sofa and armchair invites you to spend relaxing hours together - enjoy the unique view from here too. Of course, entertainment in the living room is provided by a hi-fi system, a flat-screen TV (50 inches) and free WiFi. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. The open NOLTE - fitted kitchen borders the living and dining area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for an evening menu with numerous cooking accessories. A dining table and chairs offer enough space for a meal with family or friends. The bedrooms, one of which is an interior captain's bedroom, are decorated in modern white and brown. The high box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedrooms. In the first bedroom you can enjoy the beautiful view into the distance as soon as you open your eyes. You can go directly from the bedroom to a dressing room with a safe in one of the 2 bathrooms. After a long day, the in-house wellness and fitness area, which is also located in the main building, invites you to relax.
