Our exclusive apartment is located on the ground floor of the beach villa C in a south facing position, directly on the natural beach. The beautiful south-facing terrace is partially covered. You have a unique 180 degree sea view from the Fehrmarnsund Bridge to the open sea. The apartment, approx. 85 square meters, offers beautiful furnishings, light-flooded rooms with a view of the Baltic Sea and a modern, open kitchen with adjoining dining and living area. The 2 bedrooms each have a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The shower room is also equipped with a rain shower, a large window provides plenty of daylight. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. A gas fireplace also ensures cozy autumn and winter days.
The island's golf course and one of the most famous surf spots in Germany, the Wulfener Hals, are only about 2 km away.
Parking is available inside and outside the facility.
