Welcome to Simply Put Waco! Get ready to soak in the charm of this newly-renovated, 102 year old bungalow located in the heart of Waco, Texas with everything needed for a fabulous getaway.

Talk about a fixer-upper! We're located just 5 minutes from the Magnolia Silos, The Dr. Pepper Museum, The Waco Suspension Bridge and all the shopping and dining downtown Waco has to offer. We're also just 8 minutes from Baylor University, 13 minutes from Waco Regional Airport and 20 minutes from Waco Surf. Simply Put Waco is anything but simple. SIMPLY stated, it is sure to PUT a smile on your face!

Guests have access to the entire home except one locked closet. The backyard is fully fenced in with gate access next to the driveway.

Long term stays are welcome.

We have a security camera at the front door to monitor packages being delivered.

We are located next to a popular one-way street, so to ensure you have a relaxing experience we've installed a "Simply Private" six foot fence around the property and even offer "Simply Soothing" white noise machines in each bedroom just in case you need them.

You'll love the "Simple" aspects here and our September 2022 backyard is part of that - very simple. Once you've soaked in the charm of Simply Put Waco, we invite you to come back later in the Fall once we've spruced up the yard with outdoor living spaces and other fun amenities!

Short stay.

The house is an older house that has been fixed up real nice in a very old neighborhood with some very sketchy neighbors.. it is the nicest house in the neighborhood. There was music coming from one of the neighbors houses almost every night that was quite bothersome. Other than that. It was a nice place to stay.

Great house just off the beaten path

This was a great little house for our weekend getaway. It’s not far from the action of downtown, and has a great space to spread out. Big back yard, parking in the front, cute interior, and great lock system for entering the premises. Owners did a great job of communicating up until our trip and during. Highly recommend a stay here

Needs at least another mirror. Needs ice maker. Too noisy, even though you said it was noisy, not at all acceptable. Not a great location, disappointing.
