Dit boshuisje heeft veel privacy en veel zon wat heerlijk is! Het is een kleinschalig parkje met veel groen aanwezig,ook is er een vijver aanwezig met een bankje waar u heerlijk van kunt genieten.Centrale ligging meteen op de grens van Friesland/Groningen en Drenthe.
