The 66 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of the gatehouse of the old naval school in Wustrow. A dream for anyone who simply wants to switch off and enjoy the view of the beautiful lagoon. The main building of the old naval school was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, restored in the last few years and reopened in 2020. The apartment that was created there in the gatehouse of the apartment complex Zwei Wasser is furnished in a modern Stranthaus style. The friendly and bright character of the holiday apartment is preserved through selected accessories and the high ceilings. The fireplace makes the living area a real oasis of wellbeing, especially on cold days. A large sofa bed with two lounge chair armchairs invite you to cozy evenings with friends and family and the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is simply breathtaking. A 50-inch flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system are available for media entertainment. Free WiFi is of course available to you. From the living area you have direct access to the 9 m² balcony. Due to the south-west position of the balcony, you can enjoy the sun, especially in the evening, and look at the colored sails of the lagoon boats. Throughout the day, various lying and seating options offer a high level of comfort. With its large dining table, the dining area offers enough space for cooking and game evenings. The comfortable shell chairs, held in timeless gray, make it cozy at dinner. In the entire living and sleeping area, designer flooring has a simple and subtle effect. Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth throughout the apartment. The open, fully equipped NOLTE fitted kitchen has everything a cook's heart desires. Built-in appliances such as an induction cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave as well as numerous cooking utensils complete the offer. In the daylight bathroom, which you can reach via the entrance area, there is a walk-in shower, a washbasin with base cabinet and a toilet. A washer dryer is also available. The dark floor and the light wood-look walls as well as small details such as a cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer make the bathroom cozy. Dream in the box spring bed 180 x 200 cm or enjoy the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedroom is furnished with lovely details. A wardrobe with an integrated safe for your valuables offers sufficient storage space. The bedside tables with bedside lamps give the room a special flair. The harmoniously coordinated furnishing of the apartment, the wall pictures and home accessories let you quickly calm down and make your vacation a special experience. A separate room provides more storage space. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the main building. There are several shops within a few meters. It is only a short walk to the in-house fitness and wellness area. This is available to you in the main house. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. Afterwards you can relax in one of the two saunas with an experience shower and in the relaxation room. The rental office, a snack machine and the bread service are also located in the main building. A parking space can be booked for your apartment. Look forward to an unforgettable holiday between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden.
