About this property

Beachfront Premium Unit - Stunning Sunsets

This unit went through a complete makeover : the kitchen was remodeled, both bathrooms as well : new vanities, with new granite countertops for both bathrooms, the entire unit was painted, new furniture was bought in each room, such as new beds for all bedrooms. The bedrooms floors are either wooden (new) or tiled.

New plumbing has been installed with temperature control valves in both bathrooms, and the shower in the masters bedroom's bathroom was rebuilt.

The spacious balcony, on the 5th floor, offers a panoramic view of the ocean and stunning sunsets, while sunrises can be viewed on the other side, overlooking the bay. Many golf courses are available nearby, varying in challenge and prices.

The kitchen has all the appliances, utensils and amenities needed: microwave, drip pot coffee maker and Keurig, dishwasher, etc. so you can enjoy your meals at home.
There are two gaz BBQs next to the pool and two charcoal grills.

The Living room has a flatscreen 55 in. SmartTV with HD cable, both bedroom have flatscreen TVs with cable. An Iphone docking station allows you to play your own music and a stereo (Radio+CD player).

Each bedroom has a separate bathroom. The master bedroom has 1 queen size bed and one double bed, and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king. The matresses are new.

The beach is amazingly long and can be walked or run for miles. John's pass can be reached in a short walking distance (10 min) and offers a variety of friendly shops selling unique products and many good restaurants.

Wildlife lovers will be able to see a variety of birds and dolphins in front of the unit.

The sea breeze is located in an area where the buildings are not dense, so the beach is never crowded. You will have plenty of room to enjoy the sun and the white sand.

Perfect Beach Vacation Condo!!
This property exceeded our expectations! We wanted a beach front property and this definitely fit the bill. Got to enjoy our days at the beach without having to drive to get there and haul all our stuff. We were able to walk the beach in the mornings, enjoyed time swimming, then go up to the condo and have a nice lunch when it got super hot. Then back down to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunsets. We sat on our deck every morning and watched the dolphins swim by. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. They only provide 2 kitchen trash bags, which wasn’t enough since we ate most meals at the condo so be aware of that. The condo had beach chairs and umbrellas to use which was a huge plus!! If you don’t want to bring chairs down, there are also chairs to rent on the beach. The pool and hot tub were so nice to have access too as well. This is also close to John’s Pass. Approximately a 10-15 min walk on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Location was perfect for relaxation! Condo was exactly as described.. loved the fully furnished kitchen. The beach supplies, and cooler were definitely appreciated and put to use. Plenty around for our kids to go explore while we relaxed on the beach or in the pool. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Beach Vacay with family.
We came for a week with my hubby, and our two young children, and my mother. The condo was beautiful, the location and view were top of the line. We enjoyed our stay so much here! The beds were extremely comfortable, so were the pillows. They had so much extra beach gear that was not listed that totally saved our trip and made trecking to the beach each day a breeze. 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a sun dome canopy you can put together pretty quickly, and a bag of sand toys buckets and shovels. It was however lacking towels, only a few bath towels and no beach towels at the property. The property was cleaned upon arrival, and they had a few baby items that were not listed that were helpful; a baby high chair attachment and a few baby utensils. This stay was everything for our family, we cannot wait to come back! A few suggestions for the owner that would have made a better stay include: Extra bath towels/ A couple beach towels/ A large cooler bag/ A wagon to cart beach gear/ DISHWASHER SOAP OR PODS/ If the kitchen was equipt with some ziplock bags and tin foil (kept forgetting to buy those on our grocery runs) All in all this place was beyond beautiful, clean, comfortable and the view was nothing short of spectacular! We will be back!

The condo was absolutely perfect! There was a situation with the elevator, and the owners were amazing with communicating and solving the problem! Sea Breeze is a great place to stay. Our one biggest complaint is the elevator, otherwise we love everything about it. VRBO and TRS continue to make the vacation planning convenient and easy!

This Is the Spot - Perfect in Every Way!
Save yourself the VRBO searching time - this is the condo you're looking for! Close enough to the water to see dolphins, nice pool area facing the beach, walkable to John's Pass and awesome restaurants (Caddy's!) so you could do without a car, and everything was clean and updated. Plus, the owners were lovely to communicate with as we planned our stay and the property management company down the street were top of the game pro's. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. We'll be back :-).

This property is exactly as described and has everything you will need for your beach vacation, except for beach towels. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. You can see dolphins and manatees swimming by below. The beach is clean, and easy to walk or run on. We enjoyed the kitchen, and had everything we needed to make delicious meals and beverages. It's about a mile walk to John's Pass. The only thing we didn't like about the property was the elevator and the codes to the pool and beach gates being challenging to enter into the boxes. The elevator was ugly with tarps hanging on the walls, and it was slow. It seemed to want to quit at any moment. There's only one elevator, so sometimes you have to wait for an empty ride to get on. My brother's girlfriend (60 yrs old) was harassed by a group of obnoxious teen boys in the pool area when she was attempting to enter the beach gate. It's not easy to master the lock, and she was humiliated by the boys. Those same boys were harrasing another guest on his balcony, yelling at him from the pool deck. The boys will hopefully never return to bother another guest in the future. Other than the obnoxious boys, the gate codes and the elevator, it was a fantastic trip. The unit is very nice. I would return to the unit, but would rather stay a bit closer to John's Pass next time.

We had a very good stay. The condo was very nice and we'll equipped. The only issue we had was with the elevator. It was extremely slow and with only one for 56 units the wait times were long a lot of the time.

This property could not have been better for us. It was exactly as it was described and even better
Of all the places on the gulf coast, we would not choose any over Maderia Beach and Sea Breeze property. Our condo was perfect for us. Extremely clean, very well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and all that you would need to enjoy the beach and the pool. We stayed a month and did not want to leave. This is the one you want to book if you can. Thank you!!!

My husband, me, and our 3 young kids stayed here for a week in December. We had a relaxing time at this condo. The hot tub was very warm even though it was cold outside (30s and 40s). The location was in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants as well. We also had a small issue in our condo and the owner was very quick to respond and more than accommodating. We would stay here again!

We are a family who used to go each year in Florida in different areas, mainly to play golf, and when we decided to buy our own condo, we chose Madeira Beach for the nicest beach in Florida.
Our daughter Maude is the host and takes care of rentals and reservations.

Why they chose this property

Being on the west coast allowed to find a unit that would provide a view on the beach and on the sunset at the same time. It is also well located near Tampa's and Clearwater/PIE airport (about 30 minutes).

What makes this property unique

The beach is so long that it is never crowded. The property is always very clean (pool, sauna). A groundskeeper keeps it pristine and safe. The access is easy (one elevator, two staircases), private parking location.
