Vista Las Palmas is an amazing property and we cannot wait to go again!! Getting into the property was easy, as Patty, the property manager, gave me all the information we needed. When you walk in, you come through the laundry area and down a long hallway which leads into a huge open area and includes a chef's kitchen, dining table for 8, eat in kitchen area for 6 and pub chairs at the breakfast bar for, I think 5 or 6. There is also a sitting area in front of a fireplace which is probably nice to use in the cooler weather.
The dining/kitchen face the massive pool. It truly is massive and runs I think 5 to 9 feet. Watch your little ones if you have any. It is great to float around or play volleyball, which we did everyday. The jacuzzi/spa is right next to it. There were some issues with it running, but Patty helped my husband figure it out and he got it working again. We lost power one night, but it was easy to reset the Wi-Fi, which is in the hallway closet.
My cousin and I flipped for the main bedroom, and she won. No big deal because the 2nd king-sized bedroom was a decent size and looked out at the pool. It has the least desirable bathroom, but you can walk out to the pool area from there. The outdoor shower is also next to this bedroom.
The main bedroom is huge, the walk in closet could be another bedroom and the bathroom is great. It is large enough to hold group exercising, and walks out to the pool area.
The other two bedrooms have 2 full/queen sized beds. The closets are larger than the 2nd king-sized bedroom; one is actually another walk-in closet, which my sister used as her changing area because she shared a room with our brother. Which, btw, was perfect. Not only did they have large separate beds, there were 2 individual sinks in the bathroom. It was perfect. My mom and 22 year-young daughter shared the other 2 full/queen bedroom, and it worked out perfectly because all of the bedrooms are large. Each of those bedrooms have sliders to walk out to the front.
Television is important to us, but we found it difficult to find local TV. However, my 80-year young mom figured out how to do it on the 2nd to last day. No big deal, but there should be a sheet explaining what to do. There are TV's in each bedroom the family/media room, which also has a desk and easy to use printer in it, and the kitchen.
I have no more room to write in this review but all I can say is go and enjoy your stay at this home. You won't be disappointed!
