Resort-like Accomodations 15 min from downtown Austin
Our house is a meticulously updated and maintained mid-century modern home on a nearly 1/3 lot in the heart of Austin. You will find South Congress a 5-minute drive away, and Rainey Street just 10 minutes away. The home is equipped with a modern kitchen and has space enough for a large family or for 2 couples and their kids.
The backyard features a large 20,000-gallon pool with a deep end and a jacuzzi. There is also a full outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning pizza oven and a Kamado ceramic smoker for the extreme foodie. Under the glorious crepe myrtle tree, there is ample deck space and a picnic table with an umbrella that has seating for 8 people.
We really set this space up for children to enjoy as there is an elevated playhouse with a slide at the back end of the yard.
The fully enclosed front yard provides an additional safe place for kids to freely roam and play among the flowerbeds, garden, and climbing dome.
The soothing fountain and firepit are great for entertaining and conversing among friends. The hammocks are great for a mid-morning or afternoon nap.
The parking for the house is off a private drive and provides you with privacy. If you have an electric vehicle, we have a Tesla and Rivian (CCS) charger installed in the garage.
