Boddenblick:
Your apartment Boddenblick is located here at the gateway between the Baltic Sea and Bodden. The main building, the Alte Seefahrtschule, where your beautiful apartment is located, was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992, it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The modern 2-room apartment on the 2nd The upper floor impresses with a spacious balcony with a wide view of the bay and the Baltic Sea, a living / dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom and is accessible via an elevator. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the 10m² balcony and enjoy the view into the distance and in the evening watch the sun go down with a glass of wine. The balcony has a table with four chairs and two sun loungers for relaxing. This is accessible from the living room and the bedroom. The high ceilings of the apartment created there underline the friendly and spacious character. The yacht club-style apartment offers maximum comfort with selected accessories and harmonious compositions. The light-flooded holiday apartment with 62m² offers space for 2 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, an armchair and invites you to spend wonderful moments with the family. Seat shell chairs, which are kept brown in the timeless, provide comfortable seating in the open dining and living area. A large dining table offers space for the whole family. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. The open NOLTE - fitted kitchen borders the living and dining area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories. The bright bedroom is decorated in modern white and brown. The freshly made box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream.
