The 63 m² non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the listed main building of the newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The apartment created there is furnished in a modern beach house style. The high ceilings and selected accessories underline the friendly and spacious character of the apartment. On the large south terrace you can let your gaze wander over the Saaler Bodden and enjoy the sunset in the evening. The terrace is equipped with various lying and seating options. From the living room and the bedroom, you reach the terrace, where you can end the day with a glass of wine and a nice dinner. The open, fully equipped NOLTE fitted kitchen borders the living area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. Numerous cooking utensils ensure the perfect cooking evening. The large dining table offers space for the whole family. Seat shell chairs in timeless gray tones provide comfortable seating in the open dining and living area. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. The living area with its cozy sofa bed and lounge chair invites you to spend moments with family or friends - enjoy the unique view from here too. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) and free WiFi provide entertainment in the living room. The bedroom provides a special flair with a separate dressing area. The furniture is bright and friendly. The two bedside tables with bedside lamps create the feel-good atmosphere. The box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) offers plenty of space and invites you to dream. In the dressing area there is a large wardrobe with an integrated safe for your valuables. From there you have direct access to the bathroom. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with modern tiles in light sand colors and has a walk-in shower, a toilet, a large vanity with base cabinet, a towel radiator as well as a hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. You and your accompanying guests can use the in-house fitness and wellness area. In a fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. Then you can relax in one of the two saunas with experience showers and in the relaxation room. Long walks between the Baltic Sea and Bodden as well as white natural beaches and unspoilt forests invite you to linger. A bicycle storage room is available for cyclists directly at the house. Not far away you will find supermarkets, pharmacies and a bathing beach right on the Baltic Sea. You can book an underground parking space for a fee for your stay.
