Better value to rent by the month!
Newly decorated GETAWAY, ideal for a long-term stay - especially in the cold of winter.
New furniture, towels, bedding, dishes & cutlery offer a luxurious feel. The fully stocked kitchen is a gourmet's dream.
Entertain friends on the patio, relax in the living room or lay on a deck chair and read a book.
The second bedroom is decorated with a Queen size Wall Bed and desk with ample room to work from home.
The third room has bunk beds - perfect for 3 kids!
The 1946 square feet home (according to the MLS listing) is located in a gated community.
The home is well equipped for a long term stay, including new dishes, glasses, cutlery (2022). It is ideally suited for a couple who want to have family visitors. The Main Bedroom features a "Heavenly Bed" mattress. You will want one in your home. The second bedroom has a wall bed with a proper mattress (not a hide-a-bed!) and has a complete setup to work from home. There is even a printer.
The third bedroom has 3 twin size beds (bunks and a single).
The home has Spectrum cable television, internet and a landline telephone with free calls to the US and Canada.
The brand new PRIVATE pool is great for a dip, including a tanning shelf so that you can cool off while you soak in the sun.
Use of pool and spa heat are available - fee based on natural gas usage.
You will have use to the entire home and property.
Gated community in Palm Desert. Easy access to Sonny Bono Freeway. Close to Costco, Walmart and other amenities. Not a golf course community, but close proximity to many great courses.
Two car garage in the home. You definitely need a car in Palm Desert.
NOTE: Use of the spa and pool heater is optional. An additional charge will be applied based on your natural gas usage (based on experience, this can be $25-35 per day depending on usage and outside temperature).
Rentals of less than 30 days are prohibited. Guests must sign a short-term lease as a condition of rental and abide by all bylaws of the Homeowners' Association.

We enjoy visiting the desert for its warmth and the tranquil atmosphere. We love to travel, but when we do, we want to enjoy the amenities of home. Nicole and Dimitri own a home in Palm Desert and a ski condo in Whistler BC. We bought them because we love to visit these spots, but when we don't we want to be able to let others enjoy them too!
Why they chose this property
This home is in a peaceful community and feels like home. We love the area, close to shopping, golf, highways and restaurants. But you won't have golf balls in your backyard (since we are not on a golf course).
