The house consists of three residential units. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. External stairs lead to the upper flats with separate entrances and one bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen and beautiful balconies with views of the sea and the surrounding area.
