The house was completely rebuilt just less than 5 years ago and is ideal for large groups of friends wanting to visit the island. It happily holds 12 people, and there is even room to hold 3 guests (15 pax max) more if necessary.

The house has 5 bedrooms plus one room that we can form into another extra bedroom (6 bedrooms), 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. Outside there is a beautiful garden. This, combined with a large terrace and roofed BBQ area around the fantastic pool, create a very exclusive and private location. Inside the house you have more than 300m2 of living space, enough for you and your group to enjoy the best time of the year, either inside or out!

The house contains 9 air-conditioning units! This ensures that you can all remain very cool during your stay in the villa, which is essential during the hottest times in peak season.

The beautiful surrounding grounds cover 25,000m2 containing hundreds of fruit trees. With NO direct neighbors you can be sure to enjoy your stay in Casa Rosa with PRIVACY! The house is decorated with a gorgeous, modern and minimalist look, with an exciting splash of color added to each room bringing it all together perfectly.

All furnishings are modern. Whilst outside you have the new large pool, new wooden sun loungers and BBQ area, which is complimented by the gorgeous surroundings during the day, and at night it is perfectly lit up for outside eating / relaxing ... or partying!

There is the capability for safe outside parking for up to 10 cars. There is DJ equipment in the villa (2 X Pioneer CDJ-1000 MK3, 1 X DJM 800 mixer Pioneer, speaker, amplifier, etc).

We can also arrange a private driving service / taxi for you all so that you get picked up and dropped off to the villa at any time, day or night. As Ibiza Town is only a few minutes driving away you can get to some of the islands nicest restaurants in a few minutes.

We can recommend many good places for you to eat and have drinks if you are interested. Probably the best feature of the house is that you are close enough to everything that is fun but also far enough away from it to also be able to relax peacefully!
